Every completed workout will create an entry in the workout history. Go there to to keep track of your recent workouts sessions!

Get interesting facts about your workout and all of the exercises. You wanna know how many reps you did in all your workouts? What is your maximum weight? How many minutes did you spend running? Go and find out!
